Did you know that there are several allergy medications available in the market that work by blocking histamine 2 receptors? It’s fascinating how allergy medications like Benadryl, Claritin, Allegra, and Zyrtec are designed to function in this way. However, it is important to consider the potential long-term impact on your health when using histamine blockers, as supported by evidence from medical trials.

OTC allergy meds

Some of the symptoms associated with the use of histamine blockers include sedation, arrhythmia/tachycardia, nausea, headaches, PPI-associated pneumonia, watery diarrhea, bone pain, the onset of Osteopenia and Osteoporosis, blurred vision, erectile dysfunction (as histamine blockers prevent blood vessels from dilating), and even Vitamin B12 deficiency.

If you need assistance in determining the cause of your allergies, feel free to text me to schedule an appointment! In the meantime, I would suggest considering the use of Antronex, Zypan, and Albizia Complex. These products can be extremely beneficial in managing your symptoms and promoting overall well-being.
