In this crazy fast world we live in, it’s easy to forget about where our food comes from and how it affects our bodies. Sadly, this has led to a decline in gut health since we’re often choosing quick, unhealthy options like fast food, delivery, and drive-throughs. But let’s not forget that everything starts in the gut! It’s super important to pay attention to what we’re eating. That’s what this article is all about – exploring the importance of gut health and how it affects every aspect of our lives.

Gut-Brain Axis

The gut-brain-axis…. It’s a thing. If your gut is off and sluggish, or leaky, so is your brain. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, ‘You are what you eat’, well it’s true. You eat crap, and you will think and vibrate crappy. Pay attention to the energy around you, in you… Are you having dark thoughts? Do you tend towards negativity? Perhaps you are struggling with depression, anxiety, and mood swings? I’m going to give it all away right here… CHANGE YOUR DIET! And call me for a session so we can clear the dark energy that’s making matters worse.

Importance of Diet

What you eat will 100% affect your mood, weight, emotions, hormones, mental status, and energy levels. This list goes on and on, and for some people, they have no symptoms that their diet is off, and it’s okay for them to eat what they want. You would want to have a deep dive into family history here.

The asymptomatic people will have the worst go with health issues later on. They go on about their lives thinking they are bulletproof, and everything is well and good until one day they need 3 feet of colon removed.

Everyone takes a bit of a turn with gut pH at age 40. We are no longer able to digest complicated proteins and should consider eliminating wheat, gluten, and dairy. Or at least consider going on some digestive herbs, or a digestive enzyme such as Standard Process Multizyme or Enzycore, or perhaps adding Zypan, Betaine HCL, Digest Forte or digest liquid Phytosynergist to help the gut break down these proteins. If you notice that you are experiencing more bloating, gas, belching, and general puffiness in the gut… Time to clean it up!

Clean Up Your Gut

As we’ve seen, it’s crucial to pay attention to the health of our gut and to create a lifestyle centered around healthy food choices. Fast food, sugary products, and false energy sources like coffee will not sustain us long-term and can eventually lead to negative health effects like hormonal imbalances, brain fog, and belly fat.

It’s important to take action now and not wait until it’s too late to address these issues. If you’re already experiencing negative health effects like mid-section pounds or adrenal fatigue, it’s even more urgent to schedule a session and get your gut-brain axis balanced.

By taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle, such as eliminating processed foods and incorporating anti-inflammatory foods into your diet, you can improve your overall health and well-being. Don’t let poor dietary choices lead to negative health outcomes down the line.

So why not take the first step today and schedule a session? Let’s work together to get your gut-brain axis balanced and start you on the path to better health.
