According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, candida is the most common cause of fungal infections in women and men. Candida albicans is the most common form of candida found in the intestinal tract and vagina.
When your body’s immune system is healthy and operating at an optimal level, candida rarely poses a serious threat. But when your body’s immune system is not functioning properly, this fungal infection can spread to other areas of the body, creating a host of serious issues, such as leaky gut syndrome.
There are many health issues and symptoms of candida. Below are some of the more common ones:
• Hormone imbalance
• Brain fog
• Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
• Weak immune system
• Bad breath
• Cravings for sweets
• Joint pain
• Loss of sex drive
• White coating on the tongue
• Chronic sinus and allergy issues
• Digestive problems (gas and bloating)
If you are experiencing one or more of these symptoms, but have found your efforts to get healthy are frustratingly elusive, there’s a pretty good reason why. There’s a misdiagnosis of the root cause. As a result of this, the true nature of the issue is going unchecked, leaving you living a less than healthy and inspired life.
With my clients, once we’ve identified the root cause and understand what we’re dealing with, we develop a customized 90-day candida cure. This is a proven method for helping your body remove excess candida while consuming healthy candida fighters in specific types of food. I will not only coach and guide you through this, but you will be receiving regular support from me via text, email, and calls.
Remember to always live life inspired!
