Whether you’ve been recommended by a doctor or know you need to make a change in your life, working with a nutritionist can seem a little overwhelming. In this post, I’ll give you some insight into what it’s like to work with me and what you can expect from our first (and upcoming) nutritional session.

What do you treat?

All the things! I cover all the bases and look at mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, energetic, and psychic bodies. If there is anything out of balance here I will find it and we will work on it. I also address whatever you bring to me. Some of the things have been gut and digestive disorders, fertility and hormone issues, male performance and hormone issues, athletic performance, menopause, mano-pause (yes our men need help too), organ health. Nutritional coaching and lifestyle adjustments that fit your reality. Entity clearings, home, and pets included!

What happens during my nutritional session?

I will perform in every session three comprehensive tests. I begin with the clinical exam, looking at every organ in your body, every tooth in your mouth, every vertebra in your spine, and all of your meridians. I can also look at emotional biomarkers. I use Zyto technology for this and you will receive the clinical reports in your email before you even leave my office. I will do a report of findings in my office every visit as well.

The second test is the intuitive test. I will muscle test for you and check into that mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, energetic, and psychic body. I will check you for paranormal activity, past lives, post-death, and blueprint.

The third test is performed close to the body. I will muscle test you and get even more answers from your body directly to the questions I will ask through this muscle testing modality. The body is positive and negative polarity, and if you ask it questions it will give you answers! If you’ve never been muscle tested, I will explain it and teach this to you as we go.

What do I need to bring to my first nutritional session?

Bring any supplements you are currently taking if you would like me to muscle test them for you. Bring your questions and concerns, or just bring your broken self and let me do the work. It all works just fine! No worries!

Is the first session different than follow-ups?

No, not really. I still do all the things in the follow-up visits, it’s just a shorter visit. I take my time with you on the first visit so I can really address all of your concerns. Follow-up visits are an hour in duration, and I complete the same tests in every visit so you can watch your baseline results.

How long does a session last?

The first session is an hour and a half long, follow-ups are an hour in duration, so please plan accordingly. I book more time for new client consults, and if you need any supplements, I will drop-ship them directly to you within 1-2 business days. I work at a clinical level and will project manage your protocol to help you achieve the desired results.

How many sessions will I need? How frequently should I come?

Most people work with me for an average of three to six months. However, I have people who choose to see me for monthly tune-ups and have been with me for the last six years. I try to be 100% accessible to my clients. If you have a question, I encourage you to text me. I offer text support through the entire process of any nutritional or life coaching needs you may have.

Is my session confidential?

Absolutely! I consider myself your confidant and spiritual therapist if you will. If you want me to share with your actual therapist, doctor, or family member I’m happy to do so. Please know there is no judgment here. I have seen and heard it all! I am here to help always!

My process is very thorough, and I look forward to assisting you on the next leg of your journey.
