There are so many health issues linked to an overgrowth of yeast in the body. Now is this just a beginning phase of yeast overgrowth from say antibiotics? Or are you at Defcon 5 Red High Alert from a toxic mold exposure? Maybe somewhere in between? When it comes to the diet to kill it off and take back your life and your health, it doesn’t matter! Stop feeding it!

If you’ve been in my chair and we are working together to help you rid your body of these freeloading troublemakers, or maybe you’d just like to use my strategy to drop that extra weight and stabilize your hormones, either way here it is:

What to Eat and When to Eat It:

Come in and get a Zyto food scan to identify your power fruit, meat, and veggies!

Vegetables – Anytime

  • All except nightshades (tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, paprika) Cooked Mushrooms only… NO potatoes of any kind.
  • Winter months steamed or wilted veggies and soups are best.
  • Summer months, limit salads to 3x weekly and go easy on the raw veggies.

Fruit – Best in the Morning

  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • Lemons/Limes (do not need to limit to one serving per day)
  • Olives (without vinegar or preservatives only). With olives you do not need to limit to one serving per day.
  • With all berries, DISCARD if you see any visible MOLD
  • NO FRUIT JELLIES, JAMS, JUICES OR DRIED FRUIT OF ANY KIND

Animal Protein – Every Meal

  • Beef, bison, lamb (organic, grass-fed, best prepared medium-rare)
  • Chicken, turkey, duck (organic, free-range)
  • Bacon (uncured, zero sugar, nitrate free)
  • Eggs (*only if they aren’t a sensitivity for you, ask if you’re unsure)
  • Fish (only wild-caught Alaskan salmon, Pacific sardines,
  • Atlantic mackerel, Albacore Tuna, or sablefish/black cod)

Seeds – Avoid Chia Seeds

  • Hemp seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Kaniwa (different from quinoa)
  • Sesame seeds/tahini
  • Sunflower seeds

Roots – Limit to 3x/Week

  • Sweet potatoes (not with mold/mycotoxins)
  • Yucca
  • Winter squash (not a root but starchy like a root)
  • Tapioca/Cassava (*only if this is not a sensitivity for you, ask if you’re unsure)

Grains – Limit to 3x/Week

  • Quinoa (*only if this is not a sensitivity for you, ask if you’re unsure)

Dairy – Add in 1x Daily

  • Butter (grass-fed such as Kerry Gold)
  • Ghee (clarified butter)

Sweeteners – Go Easy

  • Chicory root
  • Maple syrup
  • Maple Sugar
  • Local Honey
  • Lo han (luo han)
  • Xylitol (small amounts; The Ultimate Sweetener or Xyla brands)

Avoid Entirely!

  • Beer, Wine, Grain Alcohol (Tito’s & Soda water is acceptable if you need to ‘adult’)
  • Dairy (except butter and ghee)
  • Sugar
  • Agave (see approved sweeteners above)

  • Juice
  • Kefir and Yogurts (dairy products)
  • Teriyaki (Soy Sauce)
  • Soda (regular or diet)
  • Fermented foods/drinks (Kombucha, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Vinegar, Pickles, Relish, etc.)

Next Steps

Now, if you are smart you will ride the weight loss wave here (provided you need to lose weight) Once the anti-inflammatory effects of the food begin to subside, there’s an easy 8lbs you’ll lose right away. As the anti-fungal kicks in and you begin to ‘de-poof’ like yeast being stolen from a loaf of bread, you can 100% ride this wave and get yourself 10lbs below your goal weight in no time!

Perhaps you are on the small side and struggle with gaining weight? You will have to work to get the right calories and protein in as your inflammatory weight and de-poofing is going on. It’s easy to feel an excuse coming on to ditch said programming and go back to the comfort of your discomfort. I suggest you get in my chair for some guidance here, because the bad guys are for sure out to help your self-sabotage.

Cod Liver Oil and Zypan for weight loss and dietary support

Weight Loss – Step One

The first three days are meat only!

Let’s jump-start your program and your body into fat-burning with 3 days of meat, eggs, fish, and good fat only. Black coffee is ok, lots of water. Make sure you have plenty of Zypan, Colax, and Cod Liver Oil on hand, and plan ahead. Have pre-made plates of chicken breast, fish, beef, turkey, or whatever floats your boat. Try something new, head over to the local butcher shop, and grab some elk chops, bison, or venison.

We are not doing KETO, nor going into ketosis… Stay with me here, day four you will bring back whatever approved fruits and veggies you like. See list above.

Weight Loss – Step Two

Carry on with meat, add approved fruit and veggies, and mind your calories!

Stick to the approved food items and 1000-1200 calories per day (book your session to get your details dialed in, but you’ll get the gist of it here and can begin immediately!

This is the strategy that has me 10lbs below my goal weight, and I have kept it off with NO PROBLEM. I have reversed aged by 20 years!
