Managing Low Energy

Have you noticed that you’re sputtering out of energy? Is it the first thing in the morning thing? Or a 3:00 pm daily occurrence? Is it after meals or the minute you sit down on the couch and TRY to watch TV?

If you find you have a slow start in the morning, you may be experiencing parasympathetic dominance. This will result in sluggishness, an alkaline system that is in need of HCL (stomach acids). Chances are you have food sensitivities too… Zypan is my favorite product for correcting this issue. I also love Cal-Amo, Zymex, and Antronex (for histamines).

Feeling sluggish after eating is poor protein metabolism, and Zypan solves that problem too! We can also look at sugar handling, but that’s a whole other thing.

That 3:00 pm crash is almost always a sign of an adrenal crash! Do you find yourself wanting coffee, a sugary snack, or a fat nap at 3:00 pm? Some of my favorite products for hypoadrenal issues are Drenamin, Drenatrophin PMG, Adrenal Desiccated, and Adrenal Complex.

Now that good old sit-down on the couch and fall asleep is just pure mental exhaustion! I find that Gingko Forte whips that brain right into shape!

And of course, you can always add in a side of the athletic performance, mental clarity herbs that I fondly refer to as nature’s crack… Rhodiola & Ginseng!

There is A LOT to consider a symptom of ‘low energy’. I’m happy to help take the guesswork out of it for you, contact me for your session today!
