It’s that time of year again! Pulling yourself up by the bootstraps and getting ‘Back on Plan’. Sound familiar? Everyone seems to find their motivation at the first of the year, and there is nothing wrong with that! But how do we keep that momentum going and adopt it as an actual lifestyle change?
Take baby steps and recognize what is happening along the way and use that as motivation. When you first start to switch to clean eating, you will notice everything has changed. How you shop, how the food tastes and of course what it takes to prepare it!
You may feel a little overwhelmed in the beginning because change doesn’t always feel good. But what you will notice within three to five days of your new program is your body feels a little less inflamed, you’re pooping better, sleeping better, and some of that excess water weight is starting to drop off. Take a moment to recognize this and keep going! Oh and wait… those jeans fit your butt again!
It takes 21 days to create a new habit so commit to 30 days. Change your habits and create new ones. If you’re used to eating out every lunchtime, start to bring your lunch and be in control of what you’re eating. You’ll find you save money too!
After 30 days, you should feel so much better! I want you to recognize that and keep going one day at a time. Next thing you know, it’s your LIFESTYLE! Remember, you can’t escape food. You have to interact with it daily. Let me help you find your personal Bio-Individuality and the best Cleanse/Detox for your body. Book your session today!
