What I Do Herbally for Infections

Recently I encountered an emergency tooth situation that required a root canal. I had a rear molar that developed an infection that went into my sinus cavity. Here’s the funny thing, I didn’t even know I had an infection! No sign of fever and no more fatigue than usual.

I added some Andrographis Complex and Sinus Forte to my daily protocol, and every few hours I hit the Herbal Throat Spray Phytosynergist. My daily protocol already includes two great herbs for immunity: Echinacea Premium and Cod Liver Oil.

My Herbal Approach to Infections

However, lifestyle plays just as big a part as herbs. These are my main healthy lifestyle habits for not getting sick:

  • I eat a clean, organic, gluten-free, and mostly dairy-free diet
  • I don’t do sugar and get plenty of rest
  • I take Echinacea Premium every day
  • I clear myself daily and have a Spiritual Practice to keep myself in check (as you all should 😉)

Echinacea Premium is one of my top-selling herbs because it SERIOUSLY works! I work with people every day, AND I’m an empath. As a result, I do not get sick, and I don’t take on other people’s energetic drama.

If you’re an empath, your ANS (Autonomic Nervous System) can take on extreme overload. I highly recommend a self-care routine that covers your mental and physical well-being.
