My Recommended Pregnancy Protocol

I remember my first pregnancy. I was elated to finally be in a place where it was a safe and joyous occasion to be pregnant! There was some emotional stuff that came up that I had to deal with early on that made this happy time a little grimmer than giddy, but I dealt with that right away, yay me! I also had horrific migraine headaches, and the nausea was OFF THE CHARTS! It wouldn’t have been so bad if I would have just thrown up! But I never did. Just EVERYTHING made me turn green and I felt awful.

Little did I know that I was eating all the wrong things for my body and that of my unborn baby. Good thing her little voice came from inside of me and said eat fruits and veggies! You CRAVE that and only that! So that’s what I ate mostly and a little chicken and fish. I didn’t know I had celiac disease, and it was a big deal to actually quit eating grains and most dairy products when I was pregnant. But the nausea! Still…

Turns out I had a calcium/phosphorus imbalance that was causing my issues. I really would have loved to have had access to Standard Process products during that 1st 18 weeks of pregnancy!

Pregnancy

Phosfood Liquid, Cod Liver Oil, Colax, and Zypan would have been game-changers for me! This magic combo of products would have made me feel 100% better, and I would have been able to poop! Constipation was off the charts for me when I was pregnant.

No matter how much I drank, it was never enough it seemed. Hydration issues are a thing! Adding a fuzz of Celtic sea salt, lemon, and agave nectar to my water would have straightened that right up.

Hydration Drink Recipe

  • 16oz of water
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp of Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 small squeeze of Agave or Honey

Shake or mix well and down the hatch!

Postpartum

Nursing was no problem; she was a hungry munchkin, and my breasts worked great after reduction surgery! But for those who struggle with lactation, my go-to is Mammary PMG.

I didn’t struggle with postpartum depression but there are so many women who do and don’t even realize it. If you do not feel like yourself, please reach out to someone to get some help. Depending on what is going on, I can help. Sometimes it’s just energetic, or it can be nutritional. Sometimes BOTH! I have many tools and things to help here, too many to list.

Fertility Prep

Now if you are trying to start a family, I’m one of your first stops. I can help you prepare your body to bring in the most amazing little superhuman like my client Cristina Robinson’s daughter, and many others. These kids are off the charts intelligent, they sleep through the night, and they’re like tiny people – not “babies” or toddlers.

My work is amazing. I get to watch these amazing littles grow up and blow our minds every day with how awesome they are! Nothing is cooler than a Standard Process (and now TSA) baby!

  • TSA – Women’s Balance
  • TSA – Men’s Balance
  • TSA – Hercules
  • TSA – 1001 Nights
  • Ovatrophin PMG
  • Utrophin PMG
  • Chaste Tree
  • Femco
  • Symplex F
  • Symplex M

These are just a few of the things I have in my arsenal. Come get muscle tested today to find out what your body needs to bring the baby in!
