The jig is up! Foul gas, burping, sleeplessness, bad skin, bad breath, constipation, diarrhea, bad mood, brain fog, achy joints, and the list goes on! What about that weight that just won’t come off no matter how hard you train? These are just a few fun indicators that your body is screaming to be fed properly!

You could be allergic, or just sensitive to certain food items and being reactive. Should you go get an expensive food test? I’ve been there and done that. I’m here to tell you that the Zyto Foods for Wellness scan is just as accurate and detailed as the ALCAT food test. WAY less invasive too.

Zyto Food Scan

Each time you come in for your session I’m going to do a Zyto Foods for Wellness scan. It’s one of the most important tools I have to help you dial in your food. Every session you receive your clinical report, with a report of findings in my office.

How do you know if you’re allergic or just sensitive to certain foods? Getting a food test is probably one of the most eye-opening experiences you could ever do for yourself!

Using the Zyto Foods for Wellness scan is noninvasive and super informative. You will have categorized lists of food that you can actually follow and print out for shopping. In session, I will go over the report with you and dial it in even tighter. You may need to eliminate some things from your diet and add a little Zypan, Cod Liver Oil, and/or TSA Gut Absorb.

A New Way of Life

This isn’t training for a one-time competition, or a quick loss of 10lbs before your wedding or event, but something more. What if I told you this was training for the event of LIFE and the common side effect is losing 10lbs?

The common result of clients working with me on removing inflammatory antagonists from their diet is an average 8-10lb weight loss in their first week. And a reduction in their pant size!? How is this possible they say, as they have eaten WAY more than they ever have before! The results lie within the science of WHAT you eat and when.

Fueling Your Body the Right Way

Eating every few hours to fuel your metabolism is a great idea to lose weight and have more energy. It works for some of us very well! There are even programs out there designed to make it super easy for you to do that by providing food bars. But are you learning about how to incorporate food into your life and keep the weight off? What ingredients are you ‘fueling’ your body with?!

I find that sugar, whey protein isolates, soy protein isolates are absolute GARBAGE. You shouldn’t use these things at all ever, especially when you are trying to reduce inflammation and heal your body!

Do the Work, Get Results

Of course, there’s that good ol’ calorie in and calorie out algorithm. It’s math! It works, but what would happen if you were getting the absolute BEST calories in for your body? You wouldn’t be hungry on a 1000-1200 calorie program! You would learn how to actually shop, prepare food for yourself, discover new things you love about food that you never thought possible.

Is it work, YUP! Suck it up buttercup, there’s no easy way around this food thing… You MUST PARTICIPATE at some point, and you’ll be all the better for it!

This is just the food part of what I do, losing weight and balancing your life also gets addressed at the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Financial, Energetic, and Psychic bodies as well. No stone left unturned; results WILL happen.
