We all know that the cold and flu season is just around the corner, COVID is still around too, and now we have the season of the COVID vaccine. So, what are some of the things we can do to be proactive against the damage of all the things? Here are some of my most favorite go-to’s to stay on top of your health during these new seasons.
Standard Process Echinacea Premium – Then you’ll want to maintain with Echinacea Premium. Echinacea Premium is still my #1 proactive herb to go-to for cold and flu season! It always will be. It modulates your immune system and protects your ANS (autonomic nervous system). It’s like a giant God condom for your energy field! I like to use this with a dab of OmniX at the Ajna (third eye, or pineal).
Standard Process Andrographis Complex – I use this with Echinacea Premium in higher doses for acute infection. Works well with gut issues, and dental infections.
Standard Process Resco – Another herbal combination targeted for respiratory support and cough.
Standard Process Calcium Lactate – Supports calcium and magnesium balance for better nerve conduction while supporting cell membranes and membrane permeability. Supports blood and bones.
Standard Process Zypan – The best form of gut support! Contains HCL (hydrochloric acid) and supports macronutrient digestion, digestion gastric pH. Provides enzymatic support for protein digestion.
Standard Process Cod Liver Oil – My go-to fish oil for all the things!
Standard Process Colax – A must-have for every medicine cabinet! Colax is a gentle bowel cleansing herbal formula containing Cascara, Dandelion, Yellow Dock, Dill seed, and Chamomile to help maintain healthy intestinal function.
This cold, flu, and COVID season have a new pal: it’s the season of the shot! Some people will have to get the shot to keep their jobs. I’m very serious here people, COVID is real, the vaccine is real, and spike protein shedding is real. Not taking any sides here, just pointing out options. Get it, don’t get it, which one should I get? Please contact me to discuss the best protocol for you and your family. I’m here to help.
