Happy Holidays everyone! It’s the time of year to give, and what is better to give than a gift from the heart? How about a gift FOR the heart?

Stones & Crystals

I love LOVE! I have very large pieces of Rose Quartz stationed in the love corners of my home and office. Turns out that the love section of my home is the fireplace, and that big chunk of rose quartz helps to keep the heat and sizzle in our marriage (from a Feng Shui point of view). Here are a few resources to buy exceptional stones and crystals, and they are both happy to guide you and educate you on your stone journey.

Baked Goods

Gifts from the heart can also be a batch of freshly baked cookies, cinnamon rolls, or maybe even scones! Baking and delivering deliciousness on Christmas Eve has always been my ‘Gift from the Heart’. Since I am gluten-free and dairy-free, it’s always fun to bring my clean baked goods to people who don’t have a clue about eating clean. They LOVE the goodies, and when I tell them how healthy they are, they are pretty much dumbfounded. Eating clean doesn’t mean it has to suck! Not all gluten-free/dairy-free baked goods taste like cardboard!

Wellness Tune-Up

Now a gift of heart health could also be a gift certificate for a session with me. If you or your loved ones are struggling with hypertension, high cholesterol, seasonal depression, or even a broken heart… I can help. Hawthorn, Cataplex D, Cardiotrophin PMG, and TSA MyHeart are just a few of my favorite herbal/botanical treatments. The energy work I do, and the deep dive into the emotional body can really balance out the sadness and promote long-term healing of core issues. Holidays can be a tough time for some people.

Give a gift from the heart for the heart. ❤
